This is an hourly level position.
Position
Summary:
Train in a civil (carpentry and mason) craft position. Acquire knowledge and skills and apply them in erecting and maintaining plant facilities.
Job Requirements:

Strong safety values
Basic skills in the craft areas identified (civil)
Experience in the use of power tools
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Flexibility in accepting change
Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
Reliability in reporting to work; willingness to work overtime as required
Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills
Direct industrial experience or high exposure to industrial work preferred
High school diploma or equivalent with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)
Knowledge of ADM-Clinton plant a strong plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights and work in extreme temperature conditions
Starting pay is dependent on skills & background from $15.90 to $19.00. Selection methods include testing (National Career Readiness Certification). Candidates should apply online at ADM.com.
