Customer Care Specialist

Now hiring Customer Care Specialists to handle in/outbound Sales & Service calls and appointment setting for customers. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support will be provided. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
o Inbound Sales and Service calls from new and existing customers to schedule appointments
o Outbound calls/emails to customers to increase Sales and Service appointments
o Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments
o Reschedule missed appointments
o 80% follow up calls to existing customers 20% inbound
o Log all customer information
Skills/Requirements:
-Polished and professional appearance
-Must be extremely well spoken and naturally persuasive
-Confident personality
-Ability to adapt to phone scripts and techniques utilized
-Ability to work in a process driven work environment
-Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy
-Ability to meet/exceed monthly goals
-Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays
-Ability to collaborate and interact well with team members
Qualifications
-Upbeat, positive, confident and professional phone manner
-Can handle heavy phone contact
-Confident and professional phone manner
-Strong computer and Internet skills including ability to work multiple software applications
-Collections, Customer Service, Retails Sales inside sales experience is a plus
-Self-starter, excellent follow-up Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Additional Information
This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules to include rotating Saturdays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
