Olefins and Polyolefins and Global Procu LyondellBasell Basic Function The position performs administrative duties to support the site Health, Safety, & Environmental Department at the LyondellBasell Clinton, Iowa facility, reporting to the site HSE Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities Manage calendars, mail, email, phones, prepare reports, respond to correspondence, coordinate meeting details and provide presentation materials Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting and additional assignments such as monitoring budgets, data gathering, statistical evaluations, vendor payment, and filing Coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel, hotel, food service, and other duties as assigned Create, edit, and manage purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors to secure quotes for site HSE needs Manage key HSE processes, including OSHA reporting, PPE program administration, internal performance reporting Administer and maintain HSE reporting and corrective action software, including audits and investigations Facilitate departmental procedure review process and serve as a superuser for document management system Min.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and ability to learn new software Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and coordinate workflow assertively and diplomatically at all levels of the organization, and the ability to work independently and initiate administrative improvements are required Well-honed organizational skills to manage workflow and projects effectively and timely, with the ability to manage and prioritize projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Concur, SharePoint, Sphera, Intelex, Documentum, and Ariba Familiarity with OSHA reporting and workhour calculations Competencies Builds effective teams Collaborates Cultivates innovation Customer focus Demonstrates courage Drives results Ensures accountability Instills trust and exemplifies integrity We are LyondellBasell - a leader in the global chemical industry creating solutions for everyday sustainable living.
