This person will maintain the highest level of accuracy in the daily billing of products and services, taking payments on account and providing support to personnel and customers, while providing first-in-class service.

What you'll do:
Responsible for customer inquiries for energy services, products, invoicing, and point of sale transactions.
Responsible for accounts receivable resolution and payment Accurately bill out products and services Enter and maintain customer contracts, including the mailing of delivery agreements and other energy required documentation Order product for customers Responsible for end-of-day and end-of-month balancing and reporting of the cash drawer and credit card receipts.
Support of other energy teammate includes account managers and operations.

QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree preferred.
Experience working in a customer facing environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office application.
Proficient keyboarding and the ability to adapt to multiple software programs.
Recommended Skills Adaptability Administration Billing Customer Satisfaction Microsoft Excel Professional Attitude Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
